To complete vendor setup and ensure compliance, please have these documents ready before we award projects or issue payments:

Current IRS version, signed within the last year. -
General liability certificate of insurance
Listing Aye Aye Construction as additional insured. -
Workers’ compensation proof
Or an official state exemption certificate.
