A certified general contractor licence covers the whole job — structure, plumbing, electrical coordination, tile, cabinetry and finish. One licensed contractor carries the project from demolition to the final walkthrough.

Anyone can swing a hammer. Not everyone can pull a permit.
A Florida Certified General Contractor licence is a state credential — examined, bonded, insured and renewable. Aye Aye Construction has held CGC1512986 since 2011 and carries it current through 2028, with the company in continuous good standing since 2009.
It means the work can be permitted and inspected, that structural and wet-wall changes are legal, and that there is a licensed party accountable for the result.

- Trade partners are vetted. Every subcontractor supplies a W-9, general liability certificate and workers’ compensation proof before a project is awarded.
