What we build, and how far it goes.
Aye Aye Construction works on kitchens, bathrooms and interior finishes. Because the company holds a Certified General Contractor licence, a project is not limited by trade — the same licensed contractor can carry structural, plumbing and electrical coordination through to tile and paint.
01 — Kitchens
Kitchen remodeling
The kitchen is the room buyers judge a house by, and the one where a remodel changes daily life the most. We rebuild kitchens as a single coordinated job rather than a sequence of disconnected trades — so the cabinetry, stone, backsplash, lighting and flooring all land together.
- Cabinetry, counters and full-height stone or tile backsplash
- Islands and peninsulas, including waterfall stone ends
- Recessed and under-cabinet lighting, appliance coordination
- Flooring carried through the adjoining living space

02 — Bathrooms
Bathroom remodeling
Bathrooms are the least forgiving room in a coastal house. Water, steam and salt air all work against a bad detail, and the failures hide inside the wall until they are expensive. We build the waterproofing and the substrate to last, then finish it to look like the reason you did it.
- Walk-in showers with frameless or sliding glass
- Slab, large-format tile and mosaic surrounds
- Freestanding tubs, vanities, lit mirrors and fixtures
- Moisture-resistant substrates suited to Florida humidity
03 — Painting & Repairs
Interior painting and finish repairs
Not every job is a full remodel. Painting, drywall and finish repairs get the same preparation discipline as a large project — masked, contained, protected and cleaned up. The photograph beside this text is one of our own jobs: full containment sheeting and protective coveralls, on an interior spray.
The preparation is most of the work. It is also the part that decides whether the finish still looks right in three years.

Scope
Not sure it fits one of those three?
A Certified General Contractor licence is not limited by trade or project size. If your project spans several rooms, involves moving walls, or needs permitted structural work, ask — it is the same licence and the same crew.
